What we do

Good Heat delivers zero-carbon heat
as a service to industrial heat users.

We develop, finance, and operate thermal battery projects, combining them with our energy management system to provide reliable, affordable, and emission-free heat.

Our model is simple: we sell heat, not hardware. Through our Heat Purchase Agreements (HPAs), customers only pay for the heat they use cheaper than the fossil fuel alternatives, with no upfront CAPEX.

We are the platform that unlocks the bankability and profitability of thermal energy storage (TES) and accelerates its deployment across industry.

Industrial
Heat Market

Good Heat provides a clean, on-demand alternative that is scalable, low-risk, and cost-competitive. Our thermal battery systems deliver high-temperature steam or air 24/7, powered by renewable electricity and optimised for performance and reliability.

Industrial heat is one of the largest and most overlooked climate challenges, responsible for two-thirds of industrial energy use, and still dominated by fossil fuels.

Heat Purchase
Agreements (HPA)

Good Heat HPAs remove the two biggest barriers to clean heat adoption: CAPEX and cost parity.

We fully finance and operate TES projects, allowing industrial customers to switch to zero-carbon heat without upfront investment. Customers pay a fixed rate for the heat they consume, cheaper than natural gas, and avoid long-term exposure to fossil price volatility and Scope 1 & 2 emissions.

Energy Management
System (EMS)

Good Heat EMS unlocks the full potential of TES assets. It optimises for asset bankability, manages electricity market participation, and orchestrates automated energy trading across distributed thermal battery fleets.

This enables Good Heat to become a long-term buyer of renewable energy, while ensuring that our TES assets charge at the lowest-cost hours and dispatch heat reliably and on demand. Our EMS drives both our environmental and financial performance.
